At Sylvester Law Firm, you will know the exact cost of our legal services before you direct us to work on your behalf. 

Flat-rate fees, otherwise known as "fixed fees," take the guesswork out of the cost of legal services. 

In our experience, flat-rate fees (as opposed to hourly based fees) are almost always in the client's best interest.  Flat-rate fees force the attorney to be as efficient as possible.   

If you prefer to hire us on a traditional hourly fee basis, we give you that option.  Upon request, we will examine and review with you how each form of billing applies to your particular case.  You will then be able to make an informed decision regarding your investment in legal services.
